Those that have purchased Scale-buster/Scalebuster^® in the past understand that the warranty assuring the products quality* is more than rhetoric and together carries a level of support from the independent distributors.

Reliability is the direct result of quality control of production, especially with the safest selection of materials used for the product.

Scale-buster/Scalebuster^® products are manufactured in full compliance with ISO 9001; 2000 regulations, are accepted into the Water Regulations Directory of WRAS**, are approved by the German RWTUV*** Authority with its worldwide reputation for its stringent safety testing regime and are explosive industry certified by IBExU Institut Sicherheitstechnik GmbH.  

* The Products that the Company sells are of a technical nature and are designed to be used for the purposes stated in the description of the same in the Company's sales literature, product manuals, catalogues, brochures and/or quotations.

** The WRAS organisation has a policy in place that requires approved fittings to be re-tested every 5 years against current Regulators Test Specifications (mechanical testing) together with verification that the non-metallic materials used within the Scale-buster/Scalebuster continues to comply with the current requirements of BS 6920.

*** Similar requirements to that of WRAS in order to acquire their "GS" certificate of approval but the pressure testing limits are twice as high than that of WRAS.
