How to identify your shower or cartridge

Step 1: Take a photo of your shower valve. It will help us identify the make and model in most cases.

Step 2: Take another photo with the cover/knobs removed from the shower valve.
Sometimes, seeing also a front view of the internals can be adequate to identify the parts.

For best results, please remove the shower or tap cartridge and send those images to us.
